Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIM8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,230 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of cellular response to growth factor stimulus, Regulation of cellular response to transforming growth factor beta stimulus, and Regulation of cellular component size. Each is linked with TRIM8 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM8-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM8 results are reported.
