TRIM8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIM8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 343 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM8-associated genes across cancer lineages are AVP, MAGEB4, and S100G. Each is linked with TRIM8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM8-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AVP grouped by TRIM8-low versus TRIM8-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM8→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
