TRIM75P

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM75P mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM75P-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, p27_pT198, and HER3. Each is linked with TRIM75P in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM75P-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM75P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by TRIM75P-low versus TRIM75P-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM75P→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM75P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
