Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRIM73 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TRIM73 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher TRIM73 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRIM73 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM, COAD, and ACC are the cancer types where TRIM73 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
