TRIM73

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM73 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 92 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM73-associated genes across cancer lineages are LSP1P1, RNU6-354P, and RNA5SP442. Each is linked with TRIM73 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM73-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM73 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LSP1P1 grouped by TRIM73-low versus TRIM73-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM73→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM73) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
