Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRIM7 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TRIM7 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher TRIM7 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRIM7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD, SKCM, and COAD are the cancer types where TRIM7 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
