TRIM7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,981 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VAPB_S160, MAGED2, and HDLBP. Each is linked with TRIM7 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM7-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM7 versus VAPB_S160 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM7→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
