TRIM7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,642 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM7-associated genes across cancer lineages are RUBCNL, FNDC3A, and STARD3NL. Each is linked with TRIM7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM7-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM7 versus RUBCNL in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM7→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
