TRIM7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIM7 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,711 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM7-associated genes across cancer lineages are ITGA2B, KLHL1, and TSHZ1. Each is linked with TRIM7 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM7-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ITGA2B grouped by TRIM7-low versus TRIM7-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM7→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
