The strongest signal is observed in testicular germ cell tumors (TGCT), where higher TRIM66 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRIM66 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
TGCT and SARC are the cancer types where TRIM66 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
