TRIM66

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM66 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,501 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM66-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IDUA, RPL3, and PIK3C3. Each is linked with TRIM66 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM66-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM66 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM66 versus IDUA in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM66→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM66) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
