Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM66 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,306 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRIM66-associated genes across cancer lineages are PNPLA3, TNRC6B, and SNW1. Each is linked with TRIM66 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM66-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM66 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PNPLA3 grouped by TRIM66-low versus TRIM66-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM66→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM66) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
