Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM66 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 60 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM66-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, PDCD4, and ASNS. Each is linked with TRIM66 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM66-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM66 results are reported.
