Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIM66 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,388 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM66-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Microtubule nucleation, R-loop processing, and Negative regulation of DNA-templated transcription initiation. Each is linked with TRIM66 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM66-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM66 results are reported.
