TRIM66

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIM66 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM66-associated genes across cancer lineages are CALHM4, MAGEB4, and PRLHR. Each is linked with TRIM66 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM66-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM66 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CALHM4 grouped by TRIM66-low versus TRIM66-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM66→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM66) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
