TRIM65

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM65 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,894 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM65-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRIM47, COIL, and MCMBP. Each is linked with TRIM65 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM65-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM65 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM65 versus TRIM47 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM65→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM65) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
