Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM65 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,948 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRIM65-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMIM2-AS1, ACSS1, and KCNJ11. Each is linked with TRIM65 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM65-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM65 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM65 versus SMIM2-AS1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.44.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM65→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM65) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
