Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM65 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM65-associated genes across cancer lineages are mTOR, p62 Lck ligand, and SETD2. Each is linked with TRIM65 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM65-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM65 results are reported.
