Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRIM64B RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 1 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of TRIM64B’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where TRIM64B RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types TRIM64B is over-expressed in tumor.
LUAD are the cancer types where TRIM64B tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
