Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRIM64 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TRIM64 data layer compared with 10 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher TRIM64 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRIM64 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ESCA are the cancer types where TRIM64 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
