TRIM64

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIM64 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 23 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM64-associated genes across cancer lineages are COL5A1, ALPK3, and COL22A1. Each is linked with TRIM64 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM64-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM64 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM64→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM64) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
