TRIM6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,265 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM6-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRR30, CHUK, and ATP6V1D. Each is linked with TRIM6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM6-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRR30 grouped by TRIM6-low versus TRIM6-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM6→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
