Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIM6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,382 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of biological process involved in symbiotic interaction, Maintenance of protein location, and Modulation by symbiont of entry into host. Each is linked with TRIM6 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM6-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM6 results are reported.
