TRIM6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIM6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM6-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRRC72, MLN, and PPP1R17. Each is linked with TRIM6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM6-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LRRC72 grouped by TRIM6-low versus TRIM6-high in KIDNEY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM6→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
