Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIM59 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,088 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM59-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to condensed chromosome, Positive regulation of maintenance of sister chromatid cohesion, and Positive regulation of maintenance of mitotic sister chromatid cohesion. Each is linked with TRIM59 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM59-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM59 results are reported.
