Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRIM54 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TRIM54 data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher TRIM54 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRIM54 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ACC, LUSC, and LGG are the cancer types where TRIM54 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
