TRIM54

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM54 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,014 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM54-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EPDR1, MAPRE3, and PRKAR2A. Each is linked with TRIM54 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM54-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM54 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM54 versus EPDR1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.24.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM54→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM54) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
