Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM54 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 628 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRIM54-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4727, PTGS1, and RNU6-1316P. Each is linked with TRIM54 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM54-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM54 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4727 grouped by TRIM54-low versus TRIM54-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM54→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM54) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
