TRIM54

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIM54 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,479 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM54-associated genes across cancer lineages are SGO2, PCDH19, and IRX1. Each is linked with TRIM54 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM54-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM54 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SGO2 grouped by TRIM54-low versus TRIM54-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM54→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM54) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
