Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRIM53BP Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TRIM53BP data layer compared with 10 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in sarcoma (SARC), where higher TRIM53BP Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRIM53BP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SARC are the cancer types where TRIM53BP Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
