Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRIM51EP RNA is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TRIM51EP data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher TRIM51EP RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRIM51EP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and LUAD show a favorable association.

LIHC, MESO, and THCA are the cancer types where TRIM51EP RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
