Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRIM51DP RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TRIM51DP data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher TRIM51DP RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRIM51DP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LGG and ESCA show a favorable association.

SKCM, KIRP, and STAD are the cancer types where TRIM51DP RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
