The most reproducible TRIM51-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand 12 signaling pathway, Response to lithium ion, and Cardiac muscle adaptation. Each is linked with TRIM51 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM51-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM51 results are reported.
