TRIM51

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIM51 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 768 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM51-associated genes across cancer lineages are PNPLA3, FGF23, and TRIM65. Each is linked with TRIM51 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM51-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM51 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PNPLA3 grouped by TRIM51-low versus TRIM51-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM51→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM51) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
