TRIM5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,089 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRIM22, TRIM21, and TRIM22_S87. Each is linked with TRIM5 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM5-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM5 versus TRIM22 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM5→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
