TRIM5

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,750 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM5-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFI44, ANTXR2, and TLR3. Each is linked with TRIM5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM5-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM5 versus IFI44 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM5→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
