TRIM5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,494 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM5-associated genes across cancer lineages are L3MBTL4, DCPS, and MYCL. Each is linked with TRIM5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM5-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, L3MBTL4 grouped by TRIM5-low versus TRIM5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM5→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
