Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM5-associated genes across cancer lineages are FASN, PDCD4, and Rab25. Each is linked with TRIM5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM5-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM5 results are reported.
