Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIM5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,229 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRIM5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of canonical NF-kappaB signal transduction, Suppression of viral release by host, and Regulation of biological process involved in symbiotic interaction. Each is linked with TRIM5 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM5-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of canonical NF-kappaB signal transduction grouped by TRIM5-low versus TRIM5-high in STOMACH.
