The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher TRIM47 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRIM47 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA show a favorable association.
BLCA are the cancer types where TRIM47 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
