TRIM47

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM47 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,595 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM47-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM65, CAV1, and SOD2. Each is linked with TRIM47 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM47-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM47 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM47 versus TRIM65 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM47→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM47) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
