TRIM47

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM47 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 562 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM47-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP422, RNA5SP414, and RNA5SP411. Each is linked with TRIM47 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM47-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM47 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP422 grouped by TRIM47-low versus TRIM47-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM47→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM47) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
