Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIM47 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,026 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM47-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytoplasmic pattern recognition receptor signaling pathway, Alpha-amino acid catabolic process, and Amino acid catabolic process. Each is linked with TRIM47 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM47-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM47 results are reported.
