TRIM47

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIM47 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM47-associated genes across cancer lineages are C6orf118, OR1L6, and PRAMEF20. Each is linked with TRIM47 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM47-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM47 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C6orf118 grouped by TRIM47-low versus TRIM47-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM47→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM47) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
