TRIM44

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM44 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,639 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM44-associated proteins across cancer lineages are C11orf58, ZNF428, and CLTB. Each is linked with TRIM44 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM44-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM44 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM44 versus C11orf58 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM44→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM44) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
