Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM44 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRIM44-associated genes across cancer lineages are FASN, Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40, and JNK2. Each is linked with TRIM44 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM44-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM44 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FASN grouped by TRIM44-low versus TRIM44-high in UCEC.
