Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIM44 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,881 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRIM44-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAF6, RBM12, and EPN1. Each is linked with TRIM44 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM44-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM44 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM44 versus TRAF6 in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM44→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM44) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
