Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM42 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,595 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRIM42-associated genes across cancer lineages are TOMM22, TIMM44, and PACRG. Each is linked with TRIM42 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM42-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM42 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TOMM22 grouped by TRIM42-low versus TRIM42-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM42→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM42) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
