TRIM42

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIM42 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 216 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM42-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF735, GP2, and RTL4. Each is linked with TRIM42 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM42-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM42 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNF735 grouped by TRIM42-low versus TRIM42-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM42→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM42) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
