TRIM41

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM41 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,361 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM41-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TTC1, DIAPH1, and NUDCD2. Each is linked with TRIM41 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM41-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM41 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM41 versus TTC1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM41→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM41) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
